arkerah and Teal compared
Teal is a resume builder and job search organiser: you save jobs from other boards with its Chrome extension, track them, and tailor a resume to each with keyword matching. arkerah finds the jobs for you: it ranks corporate jobs in five European countries against what you tell it, removes the ones you could not take, and writes a CV for each. Teal is free with limits; arkerah is free.
What do arkerah and Teal have in common?
Both help you send a CV that fits the job in front of you, and both have a free way in. Neither applies for you. The difference is who finds the job: with Teal, you do, on whichever boards you use; with arkerah, we do, and we tell you why each one is on your list.
Where do they differ?

Where is Teal ahead?
- It organises the whole search: a job tracker, email templates for each stage, interview tracking and a networking CRM. arkerah has none of these.
- It works wherever you look. Its extension saves jobs from over 40 job boards, in any country; arkerah ranks only the corporate jobs it reads in five.
- Its resume builder has dozens of templates and a design mode. arkerah writes the CV as a Word file you then edit yourself.
- It is large and established: its site says over 4 million members.
Where is arkerah different?
- It finds the jobs. You tell it about yourself, and it ranks what is open against that, so you are not the one searching board after board.
- It removes the jobs you could not take, and says which and why. A job that needs a language you do not read is not ranked lower; it is out of your list, with the reason a click away.
- What it knows about you is visible. You can open every fact, correct it, export it or delete it, and the next ranking and the next CV use the corrected version.
- It works from Claude and other AI assistants that speak MCP, so you can ask about your list where you already work.
Which one should you use?
If you are already applying on several boards and want one place to keep track of it all and tailor each resume, Teal does that well. If you want the jobs found for you, a short list of corporate roles in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany or Spain that you could actually take, with a CV for each built only from what you told us, start with arkerah. You can use both: every job in arkerah links to its advert, which you can track wherever you like.
Questions
Is arkerah free?
Yes, while we are in early access. If a paid tier comes later, you will hear about it first, and nothing you already have will be taken away.
Does either of them apply to jobs for me?
No. arkerah hands you the link to the job advert, and Teal helps you prepare and track the application; sending it is yours.
Where does this comparison come from?
Teal's own home and pricing pages, read on 15 October 2026, and arkerah's own product. If anything about Teal has changed since, its site is the authority.
